Leadership Training

You may have heard the adage “You can’t argue with success”. It’s true, and that is why we have partnered with three outstanding Veteran owned and operated small businesses that specialize in developing leadership programs based on the success of military planning and leadership. Each of these companies are doing great things and passing on their hard-earned lessons to the next generations of leaders.

We would also like to highlight another unique program that identifies personal issues and utilizes equine facilitated learning to work through those issues. It’s amazing how much a horse, or herd of horses, will force you to honestly and completely focus on the task while using authentic leadership to successfully complete that task. You cannot force a 1000 lb. animal to do what you want but you can lead it.

Horses, as prey animals, are naturally flighty and require high levels of trust to do what is asked of them. Participants will complete tasks through natural horsemanship skills. No horse experience is required
